Will they accept your mailbox address?
Virtual mailboxes and mail-forwarding addresses are a USPS category called CMRAs (Commercial Mail Receiving Agencies). Plenty of banks, fintechs, payment processors and state agencies reject them for some address fields. AddressAccepted tracks who accepts a mailbox address, in which field, with a link to the institution's own policy, and compares providers for each use case using prices from their own pricing pages.

The acceptance database
Every entry quotes and links the institution's own documentation, a statute, or a regulator, and lists the date we checked it. Verdicts are field-specific because the same bank may reject a mailbox as your operating address and accept it as your mailing address.

Guides
- Virtual mailbox for an LLCWhere an LLC can use a virtual mailbox (mailing, IRS) and where it can't (registered agent, Mercury, Relay, Stripe Issuing), plus 6 providers' sourced prices.
How we work
- Primary sources only. Prices come from provider pricing pages, and policies from the institution's own help center, statute, or regulator. Each one has an "as of" date.
- No invented numbers. If we can't verify something, we say so or leave it out.
- Disclosed incentives. Provider links may become affiliate links. That never changes an acceptance verdict. See the affiliate disclosure and about page.
